You can begin the application process right now! Here are the 3 steps.

1.  Download the APPLICATION FORM, and either the ADDITIONAL INFO FORM (English) or ADDITIONAL INFO FORM (Spanish),  to your computer (i.e. save the foms to your computer).

2.  Open them and fill them out on your computer. Then do one of the following:

• Print it, sign it and fax it to the school at (718) 588-1052
• Print it, sign it and mail it to the school at the following address: 1440 Plimpton Avenue, Bronx, NY 10452

3.  Download the STUDENT HANDBOOK. After reading the handbook print and sign the pages 37 and 38. Return these tothe school either via mail or fax.
